We chose to create a blog for OrCom because of so many reasons.
First, because it is something we do not think anyone else has done.
Second, because we want to get as personal, as conversational, and as homey as possible in the eyes of our readers/visitors/followers.
Third, because we want a venue for our thoughts--academic and non-academic--where we would feel free to express everything and anything we think of.
Fourth, because we think this is something a lot of younger people (especially our juniors) could identify themselves with.
Fifth, because we enjoy blogging for whatever reason we can think of.
And the list could go on.
So, enjoy reading the posts following this one.
